Overview

Our replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be damaged or a manufacturing defect.

REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to request a replacement, send us an email to admin@vizsla.org.uk for a return address, this will be at your own cost or you can return in person at an HVS event, providing you have notified us within the 30 day terms of replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and you will be sent this at no extra charge.
